چکیده

Objective: B-2 lymphocytes characteristic of patients with CVID in the process forming a post-vaccination response to peptide vaccine against SARS-CoV-2. Materials and methods: 10 people diagnosis were included study among cohort primary immunodeficiency under supervision Research Institute Department Clinical Immunology allergology Rostov State Medical University. For immunoprophylaxis COVID-19, recombinant was used, which administered intramuscularly at dose 0.5 ml twice an interval 21 days. The parameters immune system evaluated before vaccination, then days after first second doses 72 injection. Phenotypic peripheral blood B cells performed by cytofluoriometry flow method. Results: number memory phenotypic option switched unswitched antibody synthesis lower than control practically healthy donors. administration dose, increase un-switched cells, plasma blasts, decrease proportion B-regulatory noted relation initial values. injection, total pool lymphocytes, naive blasts revealed. A month later, this tendency continued. Conclusion: SARS-CoV-2 CVID, transformation subpopulation composition revealed, as well form B2 lymphocytes.

SARS-COV-2 Virus; Immune Responses and The Immunopathogenesis

Abstract Background and Objectives Clinical features of SARS-COV-2 virus include fever, headache, cough, sore throat, and shortness of breath, and in severe forms it leads to disseminated intravascular coagulation, septic shock, and ultimately death. Excessive secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1 leads to cytokine storms in this disease. The emergence of new va...

Coagulopathies after vaccination against SARS-CoV-2: The sole solution might lead to another problem

The common reported adverse impacts of COVID-19 vaccination include the injection site’s local reaction followed by various non-specific flu-like symptoms. Nevertheless, uncommon cases of vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) following viral vector vaccines (ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine, Ad26.COV2 vaccine) have been reported. This liter...
